Getting overwhelmed

Today. the closest we can get to actual fencing is through controlled, protected and planned sparring. Those three points change a lot: 1. Controlled – whatever you do, no matter what kind of equipment you use, protective and offensive, you cannot go all out. Weapons, unlike fists, expand the damage levels with each step toward realism.
